About the Role:We're on the hunt for a dynamic Head of Warehouse to join our senior operations team. You'll oversee our warehousing operations across a site near Uttoxeter as the main location, Cheltenham (biweekly visit), and a site in Spain (once a quarter visit), ensuring efficiency, performance, and the highest standards of service in everything we do.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll drive performance through continuous improvement, champion a "right first time" approach, and empower teams to consistently exceed expectations. You'll take ownership of operational KPIs, budgets, and resource planning to ensure we meet and surpass our goals-today and into the future.

What You'll Do:

• Take full ownership of day-to-day warehouse operations across multiple in-house sites

• Lead, coach, and develop Warehouse Managers and Supervisors to deliver best-in-class execution

• Manage labour, engineering, and parts forecasting to ensure cost-effective, high-performance operations

• Own and manage weekly and monthly budgets, driving accountability across your teams

• Champion continuous improvement-identifying opportunities, challenging the norm, and delivering lasting impact

• Collaborate with key internal stakeholders (Sales, Transport, Asset & Project Management) to deliver operational excellence

• Lead on health and safety compliance to keep our people and customers safe

• Shape short, medium, and long-term operational strategies in line with wider business objectives
