Key Responsibilities:Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

  • Perform planned and reactive maintenance to ensure production runs smoothly.
  • Carry out Mechanical engineering on Motors, Bearings, Chains
  • Lead and support continuous improvement projects to enhance efficiency.
  • Work alongside engineers and apprentices, providing technical guidance where needed.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Skills & Experience We're Looking For:Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

  • Recognised Mechanical qualifications (NVQ Level 3, HNC, or equivalent).
  • Strong fault-finding skills in Mechanical Engineering
  • Ability to read and interpret Mechanical drawings.
  • Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, or industrial environments is preferred.
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
