What you'll be doing:

Leading the month-end close process with accuracy and timeliness

Driving P&L insight and delivering meaningful financial analysis to senior stakeholders

Implementing and enhancing financial processes and controls

Collaborating across departments to support business growth and decision-making
What we're looking for:

ACA-qualified (ideally Big 4 background)

Strong understanding of financial reporting and business partnering

Experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment - construction sector experience is a plus
