We’re partnering with a successful, family-feel company in Uxbridge that’s seeking an enthusiastic Order Processor to join their growing team. This is a fantastic chance to work alongside a friendly and collaborative team, where your contribution will really make a difference.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process customer orders accurately using internal systems.• Liaise with the operations team to keep order processing running smoothly.• Ensure all order details are correct before processing (POs, pricing, inventory).• Manage outstanding queries and follow up with relevant teams.• Support month-end deadlines by prioritising critical tasks.• Prepare and dispatch accurate invoices to clients.• Provide general administrative support and contribute to regular team meetings.

About You:

• Previous administration experience preferred.• Excellent communication skills with a professional, positive attitude.• Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel.• Highly organised and able to manage competing priorities.• A proactive problem-solver who enjoys working both independently and in a team.
