Job Elements
- Process Purchase Orders
- Process Meetings and sponsorship applications
- Support activities related to company conferences
- Support field team enquiries for materials
- Assist with booking regional team meetings and conferences (contracts, venue selection, travel)
- Support admin colleagues on business-critical tasks
- Review expenses from Line manager direct reports prior to Line manager approval
The ideal candidate will have:
- Administrative experience within a fast moving commercial environment
- Excellent IT skills, ideally with experience of ERP systems
- Great organisational skills
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
