Role: Field Service Technician - MFDs / Photocopiers / Print Production

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to support a team in the Middlesex / Hertfordshire region . This is a fantastic opportunity to join a market leader / dynamic team delivering high-quality technical services and customer support.
The Candidate
To be considered for the position you must have strong experience within the office equipment industry as a field service engineer with experience carrying out service, repair and maintenance on MFD and / or PPD equipment. It is important that you are self motivated, have excellent customer service skills & flexible approach.
You must also have the following:
- Ideally up to date manufacture training on MFDs / PPD Print Production
- Networking capabilities
Key Responsibilities
- Provide maintenance and repair on MFDs/MFPs/Print / PPD Photocopier devices
- Carry out installations as and when
- Escalate technical issues promptly to minimise equipment downtime.
- Identify and report additional business opportunities during service visits.
- Support customer relationships to enhance satisfaction and retention.
- Manage vehicle stock to improve first-time fix rates and reduce losses.
Package
- salary of up to 36,000
- Bonus - 1,000 PA
