We are seeking a Student Wellbeing Administrator to join our dynamic Inclusive Support Team for a temporary three-month contract. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring that our disabled students feel supported and empowered throughout their academic journey.

What You'll Be Doing:
As the first point of contact for disabled students, your responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting and assisting students attending appointments with warmth and professionalism.
  • Managing the Wellbeing team's mailbox, addressing queries in our associated CRM systems.
  • Scheduling appointments for students to meet with Disability, SpLD, and Mental Health advisers via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Overseeing room bookings in our Assistive Technology Centre (ATC).
  • Maintaining electronic calendars and our appointment booking system.
  • Keeping accurate records of all communications in our CRM and producing necessary documentation.
  • Processing vital documents such as Disabled Students Allowance (DSA) Needs Assessment reports and medical evidence, while ensuring timely follow-up communications.
  • Referring complex inquiries to the appropriate colleagues within the Inclusive Support Team.
  • Assisting the Support Worker Co-ordinator with the Support Worker Scheme.
  • Upholding confidentiality at all times.
  • Contributing to other relevant administrative tasks as directed.

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus!
