If you’ve got hands-on experience with vibratory or tumbling machines – particularly Walther Trowal – and a keen eye for precision, this could be the ideal next step in your career.Deburring Machine Operator Benefits:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operating Walther Trowal vibratory finishing machines and barrel tumblers
  • Finishing metallic components to exact aerospace standards
  • Masking areas such as bores, holes, and slots to protect from abrasives
  • Conducting in-process inspections and packing completed parts for internal delivery
  • Reading and following technical drawings, part numbers, and aerospace documentation (ADRs)
What we’re looking for:
  • Proven experience using vibratory and/or tumbling finishing machinery (Walther Trowal experience desirable)
  • Previous background in a manufacturing or engineering environment
  • Ability to read and interpret technical engineering drawings
  • Familiarity with basic inspection tools and quality checks
  • Awareness of Health & Safety procedures and COSHH regulations
