Are you an experienced manager in the automotive aftermarket looking for your next challenge?
We're recruiting for a hands-on Branch Manager to lead a well-established automotive service centre in the Hillingdon area.
This role requires a strong leader with a proven background in workshop or branch management - someone who can motivate a team, deliver exceptional customer service, and drive performance to new levels.
You'll take full responsibility for the branch's day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth workflow, efficient productivity, and top-quality results for customers. A technical or MOT tester background would be a strong advantage.
What's on Offer
- Competitive base salary of 45,000 - 55,000 per year
- On-target earnings up to 70,000 including bonuses
- 3,000 welcome payment (paid in instalments over the first 3 months)

Ideal Candidate
- Minimum 5 years' experience in automotive management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Able to analyse and improve operational performance
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Customer-focused with a drive for excellence
- Experience managing both staff and customer relationships
- Ideally qualified to Level 2/3 in Automotive or MOT tester certified
