The Opportunity:We are seeking a dynamic, highly organized, and proactive School Executive Officer to join our leadership team. This is a pivotal role responsible for ensuring the smooth operational and administrative running of the school, enabling the Headteacher and teaching staff to focus on delivering excellent education.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day management of school administration, HR, finance, and operations.

  • Work closely with the Headteacher and Governing Body to develop and implement strategic plans.

  • Ensure compliance with all legal, financial, and regulatory requirements.

  • Manage communications with parents, staff, and external stakeholders.

  • Lead and develop the school’s administrative and support staff teams.

  • Coordinate the efficient use of school resources, facilities management, and procurement.

  • Support marketing, admissions, and public relations initiatives.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Previous experience in a senior administrative, business management, or operations role, preferably in an educational environment.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong financial and budget management expertise.

  • High-level proficiency in IT and data management systems.
