Location: Uxbridge/Stockley ParkHours: Monday to Friday - 9am to 5:30pm (with 1hr unpaid break)Salary: up to £45k per annumRole Description:We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in both internal and external sales, with at least 3 years of experience negotiating terms and successfully closing deals. The role requires a proactive individual who is confident, results-driven, and unafraid to tackle new challenges, including cold calling and building lasting relationships with clients.Key Responsibilities:? Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling and networking.? Negotiate terms and close deals with clients, ensuring mutual satisfaction and success.? Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients while driving new business.? Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of services/products.? Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to client needs.Desired Skills and Experience:? Minimum of 3 years experience in sales, including negotiation and deal-closing.? Proven success in internal and external sales roles.? Ability and willingness to prospect new clients through cold calling and other methods.? Freight forwarding experience is a plus but not mandatory.? Languages: Speaking Polish, Romanian, or Lithuanian is an advantage but not essential.Personal Attributes:?
