Our client is looking for a motivated Client Support Manager to join their London, South East and Midlands team. As a not-for-profit organisation in the procurement sector, with over 56 years of public sector excellence, they deliver innovative, compliant procurement solutions that help create better homes, buildings, and communities.

What you'll do:

  • Be the go-to advisor for public sector clients and appointed companies, providing expert guidance and building trusted partnerships.
  • Support clients through their procurement journeys-from early engagement to project completion.
  • Identify new opportunities, manage leads, and contribute to mission-driven growth.
  • Champion the delivery of social value through meaningful community impact.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery and develop long-term client strategies.

What we're looking for:

  • A confident communicator with proven account management or business development experience.
  • Commercially aware with knowledge of public procurement or construction preferred.
  • Organised, proactive, and tech-savvy-comfortable using CRM systems (Dynamics experience a plus).
  • A flexible team player who thrives in a dynamic, client-facing environment.
  • A valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (car allowance provided).
