Our client is a prestigious national organization that specialises in the design, manufacture, and selling of a wide range of product that covers noise control, vibration isolation and mechanical enclosures. They are urgently seeking an Estimator to join their team in either the companies head office in Middlesex.

The acoustics arm of the business deals with providing a variety of mechanical solutions to various areas including; Architectural, Industrial, and Building Services.

Requirements-

  • Previous commercial experience in estimating within the HVAC market
  • Up to knowledge of fabricated products.
  • Proven track of scheduling, drawing, specification calculations.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Driving license.

Duties-

  • Support management of all aspects with respect to sales, order processing, and liaison with the internal drawing/project management departments to ensure smooth operation
  • Maintain a good working relationship with key accounts and sub-contractors.
  • Develop, Establish and maintain a robust engineering process between technical and sales.
  • Ensure financial aspects associated with order acceptance, sales invoicing, cost control, and resolution of accounts for individual projects are in line with company guidelines.
  • Provide volume control solutions to support requirements
  • Sales and Contract management
  • Specification sales to architects, designers, consultants, and main contractors across the UK.
  • Process client orders
