Our client, a global pharmaceutical company, is currently looking for a Medical Information Director to join their team in Uxbridge on a full time, 15-month temporary basis (35 hours per week - hybrid working).

As Director of Medical Information, you'll play a pivotal role in leading the U.S. Customer Engagement Centre. You'll steer strategy, shape operations and lead a high-performing team to deliver accurate, timely and meaningful medical information to healthcare professionals, patients and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a forward-thinking engagement strategy for Medical Information and Customer Information Services across the U.S
  • Inspire, coach and empower a diverse team of medical information professionals
  • Oversee contact centre operations, including quality, content strategy, training plans, regulatory compliance, system improvements and performance reporting
  • Lead with a vision for continuous improvement, identify ways to optimise the customer journey, streamline processes and elevate service delivery

Requirements

  • A PharmD with substantial experience in Medical Information, Call Centre leadership or related functions within pharma or biotech.
  • Proven ability to lead diverse teams and collaborate effectively across global matrix structures
  • Sharp analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making skills
  • Passion for improving patient and HCP engagement through innovative, compliant communication solutions
  • A deep understanding of the U.S. healthcare landscape and regulatory environment
