CNC Machinist Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum (including shift uplift)Location: Based near Uxbridge Hours: Continental Shifts – Early: 06:00–16:00 / Late: 12:00–22:00Start Date: ASAPType: PermanentThis role is based in Denham, Uxbridge and is commutable from High Wycombe, Slough, Watford and surrounding areas. A car is essential to get to site. CNC Machinist Responsibilities:

Setting and operating CNC mills and lathes (DMG, Bridgeport, Hurco, Protrack)
Editing programs directly at the machine
Producing low-volume, high-precision components
Performing basic machine and tool maintenance
Self-inspecting and deburring components to high standards
Supporting lean manufacturing practices and process improvements

CNC Machinist Requirements:

Several years’ experience as a CNC Machinist (milling and/or turning)
Confident setting and operating multi-axis machines
Ability to self-inspect using standard measurement tools
Mechanical apprenticeship (ideal but not essential)
Familiarity with 5S, Continuous Improvement, Kanban, or CMM inspection is a plus
