Our client is seeking a Project Manager to oversee and support the execution of project. This role involves monitoring performance, ensuring adherence to procedures, and driving operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Manage the implementation of project management software
  • Maintain and manage data sets to support departmental KPIs
  • Audit program planning and maintenance processes for compliance
  • Generate periodic performance reports for both internal and external customers.
  • Identify and address priority call requirements promptly to enhance customer experience.
  • Support initiatives to improve departmental processes and update procedure documentation, as necessary.
  • Engage in business travel within the UK or abroad as required to meet project demands and departmental goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Degree level education in an engineering discipline.
  • Proficient in project planning software, MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Strong understanding of planning principles and environmental testing qualification programmes.
  • Experience in data management and analytics.
  • Proven ability to generate and review project plans diligently.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a drive for accuracy and consistency in data collection and analysis.
  • Security clearance is required for this position.
