- Key responsibilities include managing residential projects from pre-construction to handover, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery while adhering to health and safety standards.
- Candidates must have proven experience as a Contracts Manager in the residential design and build sector, with strong knowledge of JCT contracts and UK building regulations.
- The position requires excellent organisational, communication, and leadership skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and is based within a commutable distance of Hillingdon.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage several residential D&B projects through all phases pre-construction to handover
- Ensure delivery is on time, within budget, and in line with health & safety and quality standards
- Coordinate with project teams, consultants, subcontractors, and clients
- Oversee contract administration and financial performance
- Provide clear leadership and direction across all active sites
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Contracts Manager in the residential design and build sector
- Strong knowledge of JCT contracts and UK building regulations
- Excellent organisational, communication, and leadership skills
- Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously
Based within a commutable distance of Hillingdon, West London.
Package:
80,000 85,000 basic salary
