About the Role

As a Training Partner, you'll play a key role in supporting manufacturing teams across Sheet Metal, Fiberglass, Pipes, Pressure Test, Sub Assembly, and Inspection. You'll design and deliver training programmes that empower colleagues, support team leaders, and drive excellence across the production floor.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop training pathways and programmes tailored to technical skill requirements.
  • Deliver engaging training sessions and create supporting materials and exercises.
  • Design assessment tools to certify competence and track progress.
  • Maintain accurate training records and contribute to quality assurance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and meet critical training needs.

What You'll Bring

  • Proven experience in training and people development.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing processes in Aerospace, Defence, or Automotive sectors.
  • Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation.
