Our client, a well-known international business based in the heart of Uxbridge, is looking for a friendly, organised, and proactive Customer Service Executive to join their team. This is a fast-paced and rewarding role where you’ll support customers, process orders, and be a key part of a collaborative office team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage inbound queries from assigned customer accounts• Maintain and update customer records accurately• Resolve product-related queries using your growing product knowledge• Assist the Marketing team with product materials and promotions• Welcome visitors and manage the switchboard• Process orders and carry out inventory checks• Prepare accurate sales invoices and process credit notes• Carry out general administration duties as required

About You:

• Strong customer service experience (office or retail background welcomed)• Confident communicator with great interpersonal skills• Highly organised and thrives under pressure• Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment• Intermediate MS Excel skills required• Experience with Sage is advantageous but not essential• Looking for a long-term role with great development potential
