Our client, a well-known international business based in the heart of Uxbridge, is looking for a friendly, organised, and proactive Customer Service Executive to join their team. This is a fast-paced and rewarding role where you’ll support customers, process orders, and be a key part of a collaborative office team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage inbound queries from assigned customer accounts
• Maintain and update customer records accurately
• Resolve product-related queries using your growing product knowledge
• Assist the Marketing team with product materials and promotions
• Welcome visitors and manage the switchboard
• Process orders and carry out inventory checks
• Prepare accurate sales invoices and process credit notes
• Carry out general administration duties as required

About You:

• Strong customer service experience (office or retail background welcomed)
• Confident communicator with great interpersonal skills
• Highly organised and thrives under pressure
• Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Intermediate MS Excel skills required
• Experience with Sage is advantageous but not essential
• Looking for a long-term role with great development potential
