Senior PlannerResponsibilities:
- Responsible for a project or portfolio of projects (regional / sectoral)
- Responsible for all aspects of planning, as defined by the Planning SOP
- Reporting to Planning Department
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans and resource allocation plans using Primavera P6.
- Support the Operations Manager to develop best-in-class project controls, tools, and reports.
- Lead the planning team to work with Project Managers to produce and maintain detailed project plans.
- Provide technical guidance on civil engineering matters to the wider project team.
Senior PlannerRequirements:
- 4+ years experience in a similar role
- Good understanding of CSA, Mechanical and Electrical Systems and ideally Main Contracting Data Centre experience
- Extensive experience in developing and maintaining project programs
- Knowledge of planning and project controls methodologies (i.e. collaborative planning, EVM, short-term planning).
- Previous construction and engineering experience within the Mission Critical industry ideally Data Centre
