NonStop Care are working with an Outstanding Ofsted local authority, based in the West of London, who are looking for a Deputy Unit Manager to join their newly established Children's Home. The ideal candidate will have experience working at Deputy or Team Lead level whilst holding NVQ level 3 and will be eager to join and influence a new & exciting service!

Responsibilities -
- Work closely with the Register Manager to ensure effective management of the home, to contribute strategically to planning, budgeting, and decision-making processes.
- Responsible for supervising and supporting staff members, this includes recruitment, training, and performance management. Also involved with providing guidance and support for staff members
Requirements;
- Residential childcare experience
- Up to date DBS & licence
- NVQ level 3 or 4
- Previous experience within a Deputy or Team Leader role in children's residential
