In this role, you'll be teaching and mentoring electrical and electronic engineering apprentices aged 16-19. You'll deliver practical and classroom-based sessions at Level 2 and 3, and support them through their learning journey using modern tools like OneFile. You don't need prior teaching experience - just a strong background in Electrical or Electronic Engineering and a passion to pass your skills on.

The Role
Full teacher training provided (Level 5 DET or equivalent)
Deliver and assess apprenticeship courses in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
Work with small groups of motivated apprentices
Use practical equipment and digital platforms like OneFile
Monday to Friday - no shift work or long site hours
The Person
Electrical or Electronic Engineering background
Holds a relevant degree or equivalent Level 3+ qualification
Willing to obtain a teaching or assessor qualification (fully funded)
Passionate about developing young learners
Lives within commutable distance of Uxbridge
