Are you an experienced project manager with a passion for HR technology and system transformation? We're looking for a Project & Testing Manager to lead the successful implementation of a strategic HRIS (SAP SuccessFactors) project in collaboration with our implementation partner, EPI-USE. This is a high-impact role with global visibility and a clear opportunity to shape the future of HR systems within a dynamic and fast-paced organisation.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Co-manage the end-to-end project delivery alongside our implementation partner, including detailed project planning and status reporting.
  • Coordinate workstreams, manage risks/issues (RAID), and keep stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the process.
  • Act as the primary liaison for System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring quality standards and visibility of test outcomes.
  • Track project deliverables, facilitate governance meetings, and support key decision-making processes.
  • Oversee internal resource alignment, manage budget tracking, and ensure project milestones are delivered on time and within scope.

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven experience in managing complex HRIS implementations, with a strong preference for experience with SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Solid understanding of project management methodologies, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication.
  • Hands-on expertise with testing coordination, including writing, uploading, and reporting on test scripts and results.
  • Strong collaboration skills and experience working with third-party implementation partners.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive results, manage cross-functional teams, and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent organisation, budgeting, and change management capabilities.

You Might Also Have

  • A degree in Project Management, Information Technology, HR, or a related discipline.
  • Familiarity with RAID logs, governance frameworks, and enterprise system rollouts.
  • A proactive, solution-focused mindset with a natural ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
