About the Role: In this hands-on role, you’ll be responsible for the installation and maintenance of pump infrastructure and sewage systems. You will also play a key part in supporting the operational growth of the business and mentoring less experienced engineers. This is a varied and rewarding role offering plenty of overtime opportunities and a 1-in-4-week emergency call-out rota (paid additionally).

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and maintain booster pumps and sewage systems.• Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly and efficiently.• Work safely within confined spaces (valid confined space certificate required).• Prepare and write customer quotations accurately.• Build and maintain strong client relationships, delivering excellent customer service.• Support the training and mentoring of junior engineers (depending on experience).

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sewage/foul pump systems and infrastructure.• Confined space certification (essential).• Excellent problem-solving and technical skills.• Strong communication and customer service abilities.• Full UK driving licence.
