Are you an experienced Event Coordinator looking to take your career global?  We're expanding our London-based team and seeking a highly organised and motivated Event Coordinator to help deliver exceptional conferences across Europe and USA.

About the Role

In this role, you'll play a key part in the planning, logistics, and execution of both in-person and virtual events, helping bring together top professionals in niche markets to learn, collaborate, and innovate. This position offers the opportunity to travel internationally and manage on-site event operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research and liaise with venues, suppliers, and contractors.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing.
  • Create and maintain event websites.
  • Manage all logistical aspects of events.
  • Coordinate training and support for guest speakers.
  • Oversee virtual event execution and troubleshoot live issues.
  • Travel internationally to manage on-site event operations.
What We’re Looking For
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in international event coordination.
  • Proven ability to manage logistics across multiple regions (Europe, US).
  • Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written.
  • Public Speaking.
  • Confident, professional demeanor with a collaborative attitude.
  • Strong organisational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to negotiate with suppliers and contractors.
  • Tech-savvy, with proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Experience with virtual event platforms.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
  • Valid passport and willingness to travel internationally.
