- Lead reporting improvement initiatives across the Group
- Review and manage balance sheet reconciliations and control accounts
- Deliver meaningful variance analysis and financial insights
- Support external audit processes and year-end reporting
- Develop internal controls and maintain compliance with accounting policies
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to enhance reporting systems, processes and controls
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
- Proven experience in delivering finance change and improvements
- Strong technical and analytical skills, including proficiency in Excel and SQL
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence non-financial stakeholders
- Proactive, solutions-oriented, and hands-on in your approach
- Line management experience is essential
