SEN Class Teacher
Uxbridge, West London
£920–£975 per week (depending on experience/qualifications)
Start date: September 2025 / October 2025

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated SEN Teacher to join a large and well-established special school in West London. The role involves working with pupils who have a range of additional needs, including Autism, ADHD and Down syndrome.

This position offers an excellent opportunity for both experienced teachers and those at the beginning of their career (including NQTs and teachers from a primary background) who are eager to contribute to inclusive education and make a positive impact.

Key Details:

  • Start Date: ASAP

  • Pay: £185–£195 per day (PAYE, weekly pay)

  • Hours:

    • Monday, Wednesday & Friday: 8:45am – 3:15pm

    • Tuesday & Thursday: 8:45am – 4:30pm

  • Class Size: Approx. 8 pupils per class

Your Role:

  • Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to individual EHCPs

  • Support pupils’ academic, social and emotional development in a nurturing environment

  • Work collaboratively with support staff, therapists and families to achieve the best outcomes

  • Promote independence, communication and confidence in learners
