We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Year 4 Teacher to join our team in Hillingdon, starting in September 2025. This full-time, permanent position is ideal for an individual who is passionate about teaching, committed to the success of every student, and eager to make a positive impact on the development of children in Key Stage 2.

About the Role:
As a Year 4 teacher, you will be responsible for delivering the Key Stage 2 curriculum, inspiring students and helping them reach their full potential. You will plan engaging and differentiated lessons, assess student progress, and provide targeted support to meet the needs of all learners. Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver high-quality, engaging lessons across the Year 4 curriculum.
Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback to students and parents.

Differentiate instruction to meet the individual needs of all students, ensuring every child is challenged and supported.
Collaborate with other teachers and staff to maintain a high standard of teaching and learning across the school.

Take part in professional development activities to continue growing as an educator.

The Ideal Candidate:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Experience teaching in Key Stage 2, ideally in Year 4.
A passion for working with children and a commitment to fostering a love of learning.
Strong knowledge of the Year 4 curriculum and the ability to differentiate teaching effectively.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
A positive, patient, and flexible approach to teaching.
