About the Role
In this role, you will:
Support pupils with a variety of complex needs, including autism, speech and language difficulties, and sensory or physical challenges.
Work collaboratively with teachers, families, and external professionals to ensure pupils receive the best possible support.
Foster independence and personal development, helping students to gain confidence both academically and socially.
Contribute to a structured, safe, and positive classroom environment where pupils feel secure and motivated.
Assist with personal care and safeguarding responsibilities as required.
We Are Looking For
Someone enthusiastic and motivated to work with children with SEN (experience is helpful but not essential).
