About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support recruitment and selection processes, ensuring timely communication with managers.
  • Handle immigration and certificate of sponsorship applications, maintaining compliance with UKVI regulations.
  • Manage contract creation and administration, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Assist with leaver administration, DBS checks, and absence management.
  • Provide note-taking support during employee relations meetings and prepare necessary paperwork.
  • Maintain accurate staff records in the HR/Payroll system.
  • Champion equality, diversity, and inclusivity in all HR operational activities.
