- Provide high level customer service
- Answer inbound calls received on the service line giving customers a great customer service
- Action Voicemails left on Answer Machine
- Respond to emails received in the Service Inbox from external and internal customers
- Create Quotes for breakdowns and Services
- Close Service Reports
- Manage Account queries sent to Service
- Create and manage Return to Fits when parts are needed to fix machine and a return to site is required
- Process Worksheets that have submitted manually Manage Stock Adjustments
- Log Calls for engineer attendance.
- Create Contracts for Service Agreement
- Create and Manage Orders for cleaning products and spare parts
- To support colleagues and engage pro-actively with all areas of the business
- Be always customer orientated and to represent the company in the best way
