Key Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound calls promptly, ensuring queries are handled within agreed SLA timelines• Respond professionally to customer emails in the shared service inbox• Log and track service-related queries and engineer calls on the system• Generate and manage service quotes and customer contracts• Create and monitor service returns and stock adjustments• Process service reports and maintain accurate records in the system• Support the team with any additional administrative tasks as required

Candidate Profile:

• Previous experience in an administrative or service-based customer role• Excellent telephone manner and written communication skills• Able to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment• Strong attention to detail and good data entry speed• Working knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Excel would be an advantage• A proactive and adaptable team player with a positive attitude
