Property Information Officer needed in Uxbridge Paying  £230 per hr ref 1543481

Full time hours on a temporary basis

  • We are seeking a detail-oriented Property Information Officer to manage and maintain property data systems, ensuring accurate capture, storage, and reporting of land and building asset information.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Provide advice on policies, procedures, and documentation for processing property data.
    • Maintain and develop property information systems and asset registers.
    • Ensure compliance with data retention schedules and legal requirements.
    • Respond to internal and external property information requests.
    • Liaise with IT to ensure systems are fit for purpose and data is securely stored.
    • Produce reports for senior management and support service planning.
    • Deliver guidance and training on data capture and system use.
