We are seeking an HR Systems Coordinator to join our client's team. This role is crucial for managing our HR systems and providing excellent support to our staff. The successful candidate will be instrumental in the implementation of Civica, our new HR Information System (HRIS), and will ensure the integrity and accuracy of our data.
Day-to-day of the role:- Manage the HR Systems inbox, providing timely and consistent support to staff members, including handling access queries, password resets, and generating reports.
- Assist the People Operations Manager and the project team with the implementation of Civica, our new HRIS. This includes data updates, integrity checks, and providing first-line support to stakeholders.
- Ensure the accuracy and confidentiality of all HR data and systems.
- Collaborate with IT and HR teams to resolve any system issues and enhance system functionality.
- Strong experience working with an HRIS, iTrent knowledge is essential.
- Excellent organisational and customer service skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in managing multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
