- Conduct detailed bench fitting and mechanical build of aerospace assemblies
- Install a wide range of threaded inserts and locking pins
- Perform jig drilling, taper reaming, thread locking and crimping operations
- Carry out manual riveting techniques as well as orbital and spin riveting processes
- Assemble cables, hoses, firing handles and gun systems using hand tools
- Read and follow engineering drawings and build plans accurately
- Conduct quality checks and complete documentation for each build
- Follow health & safety protocols and contribute to 5S and lean improvement initiatives
- Mechanical assembly or bench fitting background
- Confident with precision tools and techniques (e.g. riveting, reaming, crimping, drilling)
- Able to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Basic computer skills (SAP experience desirable)
- Excellent attention to detail and a methodical working style
