Our client is looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Asset Management Coordinator to join their operations team. This is a vital role responsible for the effective allocation and tracking of stock, tools, and parts to field engineers-ensuring everything is in place for smooth, efficient service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:路 Allocate stock, parts, and assets to engineers according to job schedules and requirements路 Maintain accurate records of all stock and asset movements using internal systems路 Monitor inventory levels and coordinate timely replenishment路 Liaise with engineers and internal departments to ensure efficient asset availability路 Investigate and resolve any discrepancies in stock records or allocations路 Assist in regular stocktakes, audits, and usage reporting路 Contribute to the improvement of asset tracking and control processes路 Work closely with procurement and warehousing teams to support supply chain operations

Person Specification:路 Previous experience in asset management, stock control, or logistics路 Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills路 Confident using systems and databases to manage inventory路 Effective communicator able to work with engineers and internal stakeholders路 Proactive and solution-focused with strong time management路 IT literate, ideally with knowledge of inventory or asset management software
