With an unrivalled global presence and relentless drive for excellence, Monster Energy continues to set the benchmark for innovation, energy, and brand impact within the FMCG space.

The Opportunity

As Engineering Manager for Western Europe, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring that Monster’s products and packaging meet the highest quality and performance standards across the EMEA region. Key Responsibilities

  • Attend plant start-ups across EMEA to qualify suppliers and ensure all packaging materials – cans, bottles, trays, caps, shrink, and others – meet Monster specifications.
  • Oversee line trials and monitor filling line performance to maintain consistent product and packaging quality.
  • Support OEMs and site teams on new plant builds, machinery installations, and equipment specifications.
  • Develop and maintain regional packaging and equipment standards, SOPs, and safety procedures.
  • Lead engineering projects, providing guidance and coordination across the regional team.
  • Travel regularly to suppliers, warehouses, and co-packers to assess processes and maintain product integrity.
  • Manage data input for BOMs on Winshuttle/Evolve and support system updates when required.
  • Assist in responding to product or packaging issues, identifying root causes, and implementing corrective actions.

About You

  • Proven engineering management experience within FMCG, beverages, or a closely related sector.
  • Strong understanding of production processes, packaging standards, and quality systems.
  • Confident leading technical projects across multiple international locations.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across levels.
  • Flexible and proactive approach to travel (up to 70%), with an organised and solutions-driven mindset.

What’s on Offer

  • Opportunity to join one of the world’s most dynamic consumer brands.
  • Work within a fast-paced, collaborative, and high-performance culture.
  • Play a key role in maintaining Monster’s industry-leading standards across EMEA.
  • Competitive salary, bonus, and benefits package.
