What You'll Be Doing
As Cell Leader, you'll guide a skilled team through the full spectrum of finishing operations. You'll be responsible for:
- Leading and mentoring your team to meet performance goals and overcome challenges.
- Driving quality through self-inspection and technical oversight.
- Implementing KPIs and procedures to ensure continuous improvement.
- Recruiting and onboarding new team members with structured induction plans.
- Holding regular team communications, setting expectations, and monitoring wellbeing.
- Optimising workloads and skill alignment to meet departmental targets.
