I am recruiting for a Marketing Assistant to join my client who are a very well-established business.
The marketing assistant will work with the Marketing Manager to develop, introduce and implement the Marketing and Media Plan. To monitor Marketing and Media objectives and budget, produce Management Information reports and manage relationships with external agencies.
Responsibilities for the Marketing Assistant
Using Photoshop to produce images.
Add new products
Create and post on social pages.
Assist in organising exhibitions and events.
Create documents for internal use using InDesign, Power point etc…
Product descriptions to be relevant and informative on the website and included in the correct category
Analyse and optimise search term functionality
Add product videos
Assist in production of catalogues.
The Marketing Assistant should also have the following
- Windows Applications including Microsoft Office applications, Company CRM together with Microsoft Publisher, Adobe Photoshop, etc.
- Excellent written and verbal communications.
- Knowledge of e-commerce, email marketing and Internet marketing
- Relationship building, self-confidence, working with others.
