We're thrilled to be partnering with a highly respected and well-established contractor renowned for delivering exceptional commercial and residential projects. As the company continues to grow and innovate, they are now seeking a Marketing & Communications Executive to join their dynamic team at their brand-new offices in Uxbridge, London.
This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and motivated individual to play a key role in shaping the brand's visual and digital presence. In this multifaceted role, you'll be responsible for producing high-impact marketing materials-from brochures and catalogues to advertising assets, and engaging web and social media content.
You'll be hands-on with design tools like Adobe Creative Suite and Canva, and ideally bring experience from a similar industry or fast-paced creative environment. If you can demonstrate strong design flair and a proactive attitude, we want to hear from you!
What You'll Be Doing:
- Designing marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, digital campaigns, and video content
- Creating engaging social media content and managing its distribution across platforms
- Supporting the business development team with tailored marketing materials
- Enhancing the company's online presence and engagement
- Working collaboratively within a friendly and supportive team
What We're Looking For:
- Strong portfolio showcasing design work across digital and print
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva
- Experience creating content for web, social media, and marketing campaigns
- A team player with a creative mindset and excellent attention to detail
- Previous experience in the construction, property, or a related industry is a plus

Due to the location of the Uxbridge-based office, you will need to have a full valid UK Driver's License. This role is commutable from Slough, Hayes, Ruislip, Harrow, Richmond, Rickmansworth, St Albans, Maidenhead, Watford, Feltham & Hounslow.
