About the Role
As a Primary Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective lessons, fostering a positive learning environment, and supporting pupils to achieve their full potential. Whether in Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2, you will play a vital role in shaping pupils' educational journey.
The Successful Candidate Will:
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) through PGCE, Bachelor of Education, or equivalent
- Be an ECT or an experienced teacher with a strong understanding of the national curriculum
- Demonstrate excellent classroom management and the ability to create an inclusive learning environment
- Show creativity, enthusiasm, and adaptability in lesson planning and delivery
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to the wider school community
- Commit to ongoing professional development and reflective teaching practice
