We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic SEND Teacher to join our vibrant and nurturing special school in Hillingdon, dedicated to supporting primary-aged children with a range of special educational needs.



The Role:

You will:

  • Plan and deliver tailored, engaging lessons to meet the diverse needs of pupils with complex learning needs.
  • Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team including support staff, therapists, and families.
  • Use a range of strategies to support communication, emotional regulation, and progress across the curriculum.


Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - essential
  • Proven experience working in an SEN or SEND setting, particularly with primary-aged pupils
  • Strong knowledge of differentiated teaching methods and EHCP targets
  • A nurturing, patient, and flexible approach
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
