Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer end-to-end payroll processing for employees across multiple locations.
  • Extract and analyse payroll data from various sources to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Generate reports and perform data reconciliations, identifying discrepancies and taking corrective action.
  • Collaborate with the HR and Finance teams to ensure payroll data is accurate and processed in a timely manner.
  • Use advanced Excel functions (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.) to manipulate and analyse large data sets effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations in payroll practices.

Skills & Experience:

  • Strong proficiency in Excel, with advanced skills in data analysis, formula creation, and reporting.
  • Previous experience in payroll administration
