Sheltered Housing Scheme Manager

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Scheme Manager to join the team in a retirement living services based in Ruislip, HA4 working for one of the UK's largest providers in retirement living.

We are looking for someone with a friendly and happy demeanour to be the first point of contact for the residents of the service.

Main duties will include but are not limited too; 

• Resident welfare checks and communication.
• Signposting information on other services, in and around the area.
• Checking the property for any repairs and reporting these as require
• Overseeing the service to ensure the smooth running.
• Involving the residents in activities within the service
• To promote social inclusion within the service.
• Health and safety compliance of the service.

You must have previous experience working within Sheltered Housing or Supported Living services

You must already have an enhanced DBS check in place

Monday – Friday -36 hours per week -  9.30am till 4.30pm

This role is initially a temporary ongoing position to start ASAP

Pay rate- £15.49per hour PAYE / £20 UMB
