Sonic Summary

We are seeking an experienced Plasterer to work in the social housing sector, with relevant experience being beneficial but not mandatory.
Candidates must possess a Full UK Driving Licence (Manual) and an NVQ Level 2 or higher, along with a willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS check.
The position requires references from the last five years and participation in an on-call rota as part of the job responsibilities.
The role offers a 36-hour work week, with a salary of £40,000 per year, and various benefits including a vehicle, fuel, materials, and basic tools provided.
Candidates will be paid weekly via PAYE, with tax and National Insurance deducted at source, and holiday pay accrued weekly after timesheet processing.

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Plasterer.

You will be working in the social housing arena, experience of this environment will be useful although not essential.

You will need:

Full UK Driving Licence (Manual)
NVQ Level 2 or above with experience
to be willing to undertake an enhanced DBS check (Criminal Record Check)
references available for the last 5 years
you will be included on the on-call rota, this is a requirement of the role. All trades personnel have to take their turn

36 hour working week (Monday to Friday) - lunch is not paid

You will:

be paid PAYE (not self employed), tax and NI taken at source
be paid weekly in arrears
holiday pay is accrued weekly once timesheets have been processed
