We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Service Delivery & Compliance Manager to lead our soft facilities services (Housekeeping) for university residences and our associated hotel in Uxbridge, London!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of soft facilities services, ensuring excellence in housekeeping within university residences and the hotel.
  • Ensure that we consistently meet and exceed established service standards.
  • Monitor compliance with legislation, university policies, and industry best practises.
  • Lead your team to achieve the UUK Code of practise, engaging them through positive leadership and support.
  • Measure and monitor third-party service providers against agreed SLAs and KPIs.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to compliance activities.
  • Provide guidance, support, and training to your frontline service delivery staff.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team environment that prioritises customer satisfaction.
  • Respond professionally to customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback, ensuring a stellar service experience.
  • Assist in developing and monitoring operational budgets to maximise efficiency.
