We’re looking for a detaildriven, proactive, and highly organized Project Administrator to join our Eylure Product Development team. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of New Product Development (NPD) and Existing Product Development (EPD) projects, ensuring everything runs smoothly from concept to launch.

You’ll collaborate closely with Marketing, Regulatory, QA, Artwork, Purchasing, Planning, and external suppliers - playing a key part in keeping projects on track and making sure the details that matter never get missed. What You’ll Do

  • Sample Management: Oversee incoming and outgoing samples—ensuring they’re accurately labeled, tracked, and shared for approvals.
  • Project Tracking: Keep project timelines and trackers fully updated so the team always has a clear view of progress.
  • Documentation & Support: Prepare and complete key project documents and circulate them to stakeholders.
  • Drive Progress: Follow up with internal and external partners to keep tasks moving and deadlines on target.
  • Problem-Solving: Escalate issues promptly and support the team in finding solutions.
  • Team Support: Take clear meeting minutes and assist with ad hoc tasks to keep projects running seamlessly.
