 Role: Senior NPD Project Manager
Location: West London (Hybrid)
Client: Global FMCG Brand
Are you a proactive project leader with experience in FMCG and a passion for delivering innovation at scale?Â
We’re hiring aSenior NPD Project Managerto lead commercialization projects across EMEA – spanning innovation, productivity, and supply optimisation. You’ll manage a team of PMs, overseeing multiple projects annually, and working closely with commercial, supply chain, and bottling partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Project Delivery:Lead complex NPD programs from concept to launch, managing scope, risk, and regional rollout.
- Team Leadership:Line manage and develop a small PM team, ensuring high performance and delivery.
- Stakeholder Management:Build strong relationships with commercial and operational partners.
- Continuous Improvement:Identify process enhancements, drive efficiency, and champion project governance.
- Data & Reporting:Use tools like Excel, Power BI and SAP to track KPIs and communicate progress.
About You:
- Proven experience in FMCG NPD/commercialisation project management.
- Strong leadership skills with team management experience.
- Highly organised, detail-focused, and results-driven.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Proficient in data analysis and project reporting.
