Our client is seeking a dedicated and efficient Executive and Governance Officer to lead on administrative functions and processes at a school within the London Borough Hillingdon. This role involves managing MIS processes, overseeing SEND processes, and providing high-level secretarial and administrative support to the Principal and Senior Leadership Team.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
  • Organise and manage meetings, ensuring all necessary paperwork is prepared and available, and circulate meeting notes.
  • Provide a confidential liaison between internal and external stakeholders and the Principal.
  • Communicate with external bodies such as LA’s, DfE, Social Services, and CAMHS.
  • Oversee the administration of SEND processes, including EHCP Annual Review meetings and Admissions Processes.
  • Manage the school's MIS System routines and ensure accurate maintenance of student data.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the school's Governing Body.
  • Contribute to the strategic planning and evaluation of the administrative functions of the school.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Experience in school administration and managing MIS software packages.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure.
